BPG is pleased to announce Dina Zempsky, LSCW, is the facilitator of the new Care Partners Meeting. Dina is the Director of Caregiver Programs, at Heights and Hills. In partnership with public and private organizations, Heights and Hills supports and empowers the Brooklyn elderly and their families, to help them remain independent. Dina has worked for 20 years in both the arts and aging. She holds a BFA from Syracuse University and a MSW from Columbia University’s School of Social Work. The first meeting was held February 9, 2011.
